01. Initial Consultation
When you are interested in customizing the Skaphor vision revival device, please contact our business team. You can elaborate on your business needs, including key information such as target market positioning, expected product functionality, branding elements to be incorporated, quantity to be purchased, and delivery time expectations. We will arrange a professional consultation for you to understand your needs and provide you with preliminary solutions and suggestions based on our industry experience.
02. Design Proposal
Based on the needs identified in our communication with you, our design team will create a detailed design proposal for you. The plan will not only specify the technical specifications, functional features, and design details of the eye care device but also set up a specific production schedule and quality control plan. At the same time, we will provide you with 3D design drawings and product specifications so that you can have a clear understanding of the product before production.
03. Prototyping
Based on the design, we will quickly develop a prototype of the eye care device for your review and testing. During prototyping, we use the same material and process standards as in full production to ensure the authenticity and reliability of the prototype. You can make comments and suggestions on the prototype from various perspectives, such as function, appearance, user experience, etc., and we will optimize and adjust the prototype according to the feedback.
04. Full-scale Production
After you are satisfied with the prototype and approve the confirmation, we will start the mass production process. During the production process, we strictly follow a quality control program and use an advanced production management system to monitor every production step in real-time. Each batch of products will go through several rounds of sampling to ensure that the quality of the product meets the standards agreed upon by both parties so that you can have no worries.
05. Logistics and Distribution
After the production of the product is completed, we will be responsible for delivering the goods to your warehouse or designated location in a safe and timely manner according to the logistics mode and distribution location specified by you.
06. After-sales Feedback and Continuous Optimization
After you receive the product and put it into use, we welcome you to give us feedback at any time on the use of the process found in the problems and suggestions for improvement. Our after-sales team will communicate with you regularly to understand the use of the product and collect feedback from end customers. Do you accept factory inspection?
We support factory inspection and audit, you need to make an appointment in advance and sign a confidentiality agreement (provide a demonstration of GMP workshop and quality control process).
Do you have a medical device manufacturing license?
We hold a Class II Medical Device Manufacturing License issued by the Guangdong Pharmaceutical Administration (number can be verified).
What is the background of the R&D team?
